First climate active mixed-use townhouse in the historic protected center of Graz according to European Union Taxonometry
Besides the aspect of sustainability the project includes a high level of development and willingness to experiment. The challenge was to create a maximum of sustainability using the minimum of ground in the very center of the city and set a national sign for future generations of building.
