Del Wood Vista

All materials used come from natural resources and/or production facilities in the surrounding area. No products or materials were used that are more than 100 km away from the building site. The construction itself consists of cross-laminated timber construction with hemp insulation, 4 cm clay plaster on reed mats for the best living climate, an extensive green roof and hand-split cedar shingle cladding on the outside. The floor coverings and furniture are made of recycled oak wood from demolished buildings.
